How to play our games?
Our games come with instructions, but if you prefer to watch a ‘how to play’ video, Visit our YouTube channel. We try to upload videos in multiple languages and even offer discounts if you are willing to translate the instructions into another language.
If you have a question on some of the rules, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Bloggers and influencers
If you are a blogger or board game influencer and you would like to receive a sample of one of our games to review, please contact us. Please note tat we usually give out samples to be reviewed at no cost except shipping. However, we do keep the right to be flexible on this, depending on the game, its performance and your audience reach.
Do you offer any discounts?
We periodically offer discounts on some of out games. If you are a blogger or board game influencer, you might request a sample game from us. One way to get a discount is to offer to translate the instructions of one of our games into a language that we currently do not host on our YouTube channel.
How long will my delivery take?
We usually ship our orders in about 2-3 business days from your purchase. Sometimes this might take longer due to holidays or unforeseen events. Transit times to the US and Europe usually take 10-30 days. Please wait up to 45 days before contacting us to allow for unexpected logistic hiccups. If you can’t see your parcel on the shipping tracker, please contact us with your order number, details and tracking number.

We currently accept all credit cards that work with Stripe.
Returns
All orders reach our shipping facilities automatically. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot offer any returns. However, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to offer you a full return before your game has been shipped.
Restocking
We periodically restock our games deepening on how well they sell and the manufacturer’s availability. If you have a question about when a game will return to stock, please send us an email.
